MSA PROFESSIONAL ADMINISTRATION

Ametros is a neutral party that works closely with injured parties,  insurers, employers, attorneys, and Medicare to create a better experience for all parties in the settlement process. Ametros handles the professional administration of Medicare Set Asides (MSAs).

We partner with Ametros to structure MSAs and to link up the MSA structure payments to the professionally administered MSA accounts.

QSF PROFESSIONAL ADMINISTRATION

Archer is a technology-driven company that provides solutions to help organizations manage the life cycle of insurance claims. The company's offerings include a software platform for claims administration, cost containment services, and provider network management. Archer helps its clients to streamline claims processing, reduce costs, and improve outcomes for claimants.

We partner with Archer on Qualified Settlement Funds (QSFs). A QSF is a mechanism to maximize efficiency on multiple claimant and/or complex litigation.

GROWTH STRUCTURED SETTLEMENTS

Assura Trust is a third-party administrator in the settlement industry, specializing in structured settlements and related services. The company offers a range of financial products and services, including annuity-based settlement options, trust administration, and periodic payment management.

We partner with Assura Trust to offer Growth Structured Settlements (GSS). GSS combines a Vanguard fund (VASGx) with a traditional fixed annuity to form a powerful periodic payment stream to a claimant or attorney.

Legacy Enhancement Trust is a company in the settlement industry that provides trust solutions for settlement recipients. Their offerings include trust administration, and periodic payment management services.
